We noticed that the web site said " The title Ramaytush Ohlone recognizes the Ramaytush as a part of a larger group of the OhloneCostanoan peoples who lived in the area of the San Francisco Bay south to Monterey." It also stated " Prior to the arrival of the Spanish in 1769, the Ramaytush Ohlone numbered approximately 1400 persons and lived in eleven tribelets. A Note to Other Indigenous Peoples."
